I received my order well packed and on within good time. I used the new parts but they do not seem to be as effective as the "old" original parts I bought with the machine. I tried to press...

Hi - the newer machine, the Oscar Classic would be more effective at juicing soft fruits such as grapes. It has an extra juicing strainer, with larger holes - specifically for juicing soft fruits. You are using an older DA1000 - you need to turn the pressure right down when juicing soft fruits.
