  I recently had cause to look into replacing the two strainers (metal parts) for my Oscar DA 900 juicer which I learned has been discontinued since 2013, something I didn't know, having purchased my juicer after that date. Dylan was very responsive to my initial queries and ultimately provided me with all the information I needed to make my decision about what to purchase: keep with the old discontinued model or move to the new. Once my decision was made and order placed, the delivery of my items was quick and smooth. I heartily recommend this local company for any of your appliance needs.
