Having already bought 2 parts for my juicer after a carrot broke it I discovered the design of the strainer had been changed and I meeded to buy a drum as well. They should have renamed the redesigned juicer the Oscar DA 110 (instead of 1000) and allowed older customers to buy oder parts because now I have to keep and use both drums if I want to use the older mincer. I put a carrot in my Oscar and the machine broke in 2 places. I ordered 2 parts but had to wait 8 days for 1 part to be delivered because they forgot to ship both. I had to buy a Kuvings juicer locally so all my fruit and veg didn't go off.

It is simply the best juicer ever! Our previous juicer is over 10 years old and we have only had to replace 2 parts in all this time! Their service is great and it was super easy to buy a spare part. It is still running like new! Well worth the investment! We want to invest in our health. Very pleased with the Oscar Juicer!

This is an amazing juicer. I lobe the chrome colour. Is is so easy to use. It is very affective and much easier to clean than I anticipated. I am so happy I bought this juicer. I would definitely recommend this product.

Juicer works very well with good extraction and minimal waste, arrived without a booklet but i was sent one. I would recommend it even though its pricy. I hate paying twice!

I received my order well packed and on within good time. I used the new parts but they do not seem to be as effective as the "old" original parts I bought with the machine. I tried to press grapes but it wasn't successful at all and rather disappointing.
