  Very quick service to replace the part and the part fits and works. All we actually needed was the seal/ washer. It is a pity you don't sell this separately... it seems very pricy to buy the whole cover when all I need is a washer. But otherwise we are super happy with our Oscar.

  Hi Nigel, thanks for your feedback. We are only able to supply 'complete parts' as they come from the factory in Korea. For individual washers/seals, I recommend trying a plumbing/hardware store - I have found the right size seal in the past.
