  I put a carrot in my Oscar and the machine broke in 2 places. I ordered 2 parts but had to wait 8 days for 1 part to be delivered because they forgot to ship both. I had to buy a Kuvings juicer locally so all my fruit and veg didn't go off.

  I am aware that dispatch in KZN made a mistake when they shipped your parts. The screw was shipped as soon as we were informed of the issue.
