  Incredible service! I ordered the spare part on a Sunday and it arrived by Tuesday morning. I was very impressed with how quickly everything went and that the business is making such an effort to ensure the right purchase is made upfront (with the details and explanations of specific spares).   I must say, this was possibly the best digital buying experience I have ever had. Anyone who owns an online retailer should take a leaf out of your book. The updates were regular and I knew exactly what was happening with my purchases. One item was out of stock, and instead of just getting an email, I received a telephone call and the person recommended which alternative item I should buy....
