Homemade nut butter. So much healthier than what you buy in the supermarkets. Use any nuts - I prefer almonds.
Soak almonds in water overnight.
Dehydrate them in a dehydrator such as the Kuto, Excalibur or Ezidri. Use the oven at a very low temperature if you don't have a dehydrator.
Place the solid screen in your juicer. Feed the almonds through and repeat this process if necessary.
You can add more oil to obtain a more creamy texture. Coconut oil is a healthy choice.
