Very good service , ordered and the delivery was prompt .. very happy ? Very comforting to know that you can order any piece that perhaps through wear and tear or accident can be replaced

I tried to make pasta according to the instructions in the manual and a part broke - I have never tried again since .

Hi - the Oscar comes with a 5 year warranty on the parts, 20 years on the motor. If you are in the warranty period then this would have been covered. I have checked - you didn't buy the juicer from us, so I am unable to see when you purchased it.
