When our juicer drum broke we were in panic mode worried about how we would manage a day without … happy to say that our spare parts arrived within 2 days after being dispatched immediately. 06-03-2023Having already bought 2 parts for my juicer after a carrot broke it I discovered the design of the strainer had been changed and I meeded to buy a drum as well. They should have renamed the redesigned juicer the Oscar DA 110 (instead of 1000) and allowed older customers to buy oder parts because now I have to keep and use both drums if I want to use the older mincer. Unless they want to make...Read moreCape TownAdministrators CommentKevin, the manufacturers updated the DA1000 juicer in 2017 - they included a stronger strainer and drum. All machines since the 2017 update have included these newer, stronger parts. You didn't buy the juicer from us, so I am unfortunately not able to see when you bought it, or assist with the warranty. We would sell the older customer if we could, but the factory doesn't manufacture the older parts anymore. The DA1000 that you have was discontinued quite a few years ago. None of the parts on the newer Oscar Classic juicer have changed at all.
15-09-2021Fast efficient service. Had my Juicer for 7 years and has not missed a beet. Rolls Royce of juicers. Use my juicer every day since purchase and highly recommend the reliability. More importantly, is the ready availability of parts for my juicer 7 years later.Durban
